DMCA Takedown and Counter-Notice Policy When a valid DMCA takedown request is received, the content will be removed as required by copyright law. To ensure fairness, we may disclose the DMCA notice, including the complainant’s contact details, to the alleged infringer. If you believe your content was wrongly taken down, you have the right to submit a counter-notice that must include: identification of the removed content and its previous location, your contact details (name, address, phone number, and email), a sworn statement under penalty of perjury asserting that you believe the removal was in error, a declaration accepting legal proceedings, and your physical or electronic signature. If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant pursues legal action.
